Keep the Beat Wellness, Inc. is a small wellness/fitness center, which was developed to help clients reach the next level of fitness and general well being. Each client is assessed, a specific exercise program will be designed for each client regardless of their fitness level and your physician will be notified. Many of our clients were cardiac rehab and pulmonary rehab patients. We will work together to design an exercise program tailored to meet your fitness goals and to make those healthy, positive lifestyle changes.
In brief, our owner has over 25 years experience in healthcare, specifically working as an exercise physiologist (master's prepared) in a major out-patient Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab unit. Our staff members, also experienced healthcare professionals, will deliver that personal, intimate hands-on atmosphere one is looking for in a smaller exercise facility. We are not your typical health club/fitness center; for instance we contact you when your attendance is sporadic to ensure you are in good health. Whether you want to workout in a group, by yourself or one on one, we have it all.
